What is a macaron?A macaron is a meringue and almond flour based sandwich cookie that is filled with buttercreams, jams, caramels, or ganache.
-
How far in advance should I order? That depends on the time of year. It can be anywhere between two weeks - two months. One month in advance is usually a good bet but during busier times of the year (spring/early summer, the holiday season) I tend to book two months in advance. Occasionally I can take orders two weeks in advance, but usually I am fully booked by then. A good rule of thumb - book your desserts as soon as you have a party/occasion planned!

Where are you located?Norwood, PA
-
Do you have a storefront? Not yet - but that is the ultimate goal!

Do you deliver? Most orders will be picked up, but I do offer delivery for certain occasions such as weddings. A delivery fee is applied based on the distance calculated by Google maps and the amount of time it will take to deliver/set up.

Do you do weddings?Yes! I can do smaller weddings for up to 100-150 guests.

How do I pay for my order?Once your order is confirmed, I will send you an invoice and you can pay with a credit card right through there! A 20% non refundable down payment is due at the time of booking. The rest is due one week prior to pickup.
-
Do you offer vegan, gluten free, nut free, and other allergy free options?I operate in a facility that works with all of these allergens on a daily basis so we cannot cater to those with celiacs or severe nut allergies. I am happy to make your cake vegan or dairy free. Macarons cannot be made vegan.
-
How should I store my bakes?Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons are best stored in the refrigerator and taken out at least 30 minutes before serving. They will melt if kept above room temperature so never leave them out in summer heat or direct sunlight. All bakes are best eaten at room temperature.
-
Do you make fondant cakes? No, all my cakes are decorated with buttercream.
-
Can you ship macarons?I cannot ship any of my bakes at this time.
